Today, Tuesday 25th April, the Normanton GC Tigers section made history. Julie Stead became the first female golfer play in a competitive Tigers league match for Normanton Golf Club in the Heavy Woollen Tigers Golf League. She follows in the footsteps of Lesley McEvoy who represented Woolley Park in the League in 2021.

To cap off her night, partnered with Mason Greenway, they came off with a resounding win 5&3. Well done Julie (and Mason).
